Abstract

Different concentration of chlorpyrifos were applied to the ninth leaf of the tobacco seedlings by daubing which were cultivated under greenhouse condition at 9 leaves with 1 core stage, and the content of MDA and activities of antioxidant enzyme were tested after 24 h.The results showed that chlorpyrifos reduced MDA content of tobacco leaves, and decreased the activities of CAT,APX and GPX.And it is safe to tobacco seedlings.
