An Analysis of the Functions and Paths of Overseas Chinese in China's Public Diplomacy

Abstract

Along with the changes in the geopolitical power structure,China's foreign diplomatic environment and image have improved fundamentally. Therefore,China needs systematically planned and implemented public diplomacy. In view of China's special advantages in terms of overseas Chinese,giving full play to overseas Chinese in China's implementation of public diplomacy is of great significance to achieving our strategic goals in public diplomacy.
