Abstract
The project quality is the life and soul of each construction enterprise and it not only affects the project applicability but also the safety of the People's lives and property and the stability of the society.We should make full understanding of all the factors which affect the project quality and strengthen quality control using all kinds of management methods during the construction to improve the project quality.
