Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS)and CT/MRI in diagnosis of ≤3cm focal liver lesions. Methods Forty patientes with ≤3 cm focal liver lesions were examined by CEUS and CT/MRI respectively. Then their accuracy and correlation were compared. Results The accuracy of CEUS and CT/MRI was 90.0%,82.5%,respectively. There was no significant difference between CEUS and CT/MRI,while there was good correlation between the two methods (k=0.69). In addition,the primary hepatic carcinoma and metastatic hepatic carcinoma can be differential diagnosed by CEUS,and analyzed by contrast-enhanced phase,the results was coincident to contrast-enhanced CT / MRI. Conclusion CEUS and CT / MRI has good clinical application value in diagnosis of ≤ 3 cm focal liver lesions.
