We say whatever to the sun,and outward-looking,bright,rising,warm belong to yang ;then those who turn back the sun,inside the keep,and dull,and down,and cold,then it is overcast.From our look at the same body,head is yang and foot is yin,the body surface as the yang,yin viscera,Six Hollow Organs for the five internal organs as the yin-yang,the qi is yang and blood is yin.It was divided into yin-yang,yin-yang are the eternal movement of things,in particular,is also a yin-yang in our lives movement.Yin-yang balance of the activities of human life is fundamental,so the most important purpose is a balance of yin-yang in life,the core of yin-yang is Jing Qi Shen. This article focuses on traditional Chinese medicine yin-yang theory and the relationship between healths,in order to provide a theoretical basis for health.
