Abstract
Supercritical carbon dioxide for extraction of caffeine,which is representative of the high and new technology,developed from the theory to its application in industry and from batch operation to semi consecutive operation.The Chinese scientific researchers have developed a comprehensive utilization method for tea using the technique.In the different stages of extraction,different additive solvents are added to extract caffeine and other precious composition such as tea polyphenol,essential oil,purine alkaloid from tea.
