Abstract
The issues of popular sports,physical exercises and health in small town of minority regions close relate to improve the property of minority so much as the Chinese nation.This article analyses the restricting factors of small town residents' fitness sport development in minority regions of Yunnan.According to the actuality of minority region of Yunnan,this article brings forward the development pattern of fitness sport: mass,cooperation and initiative development.
