Abstract
The HLL approximate Riemann solver for pressure gradient equations is derived by computing the approximate inter-cell numerical flux in the Godunov scheme directly.According to our numerical experiments, this scheme is good for computing the Riemann solution consist of only strong simple waves, but bad for the Riemann solution which contains weak simple waves.
