Abstract
An on-line concentration flow injection-spectrometric method for determination of trace copper in seawater has been developed.A new concentration column, mixture solution of oxalic acid and citric acid, ethyl violet reagent, was used in this system.Experiment conditions were optimized.Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit was 0.2μg/L,the liner range was 0.5~20μg/L and 20~40μg/L.The relative standard deviation is 1.08% for 5μg/L Cu(Ⅱ)and 1.30% for 40μg/L Cu(Ⅱ).This method has obtained satisfactory results in the analysis of seawaters.
