Abstract
China’s automobile production in 2009 achieved an annual output of breaking 10 million,becoming the United States,Japan,the third annual Super-10 million cars of countries,China’s automobile industry usher in technological innovation and structural adjustment of the critical transition phase.Japanese automobile industry got a great success just a few decades after the war,surpassing the United States becoming the world’s automobile manufacturers big and strong,China and Japan for the car with the latecomer’s advantage state,the course of development in the automotive industry,R amp;D model,the road of industrialization and there exist many similarities and differences,this paper presents how to learn from the successful experience of Japan,A critical transition period in China’s auto industry development model should be selected and the future direction of development is suggested.
