Abstract
This paper compares, the toxin-producing capabilities of six isolates (501,402,503,LS,YN,AW) of Alternaria Alternata which is a natural pathogenic bacteria for E adenophorum and the toxin-producing culture conditions of Isolate 501 screened for its strongest toxin-producing capability. The results show that the wheat media 40% water and PSK media can be respectively used as a solid and liquid culture media to produce toxin.
