Abstract

By the methods of document study and logic analysis,the paper discusses the relations between the the US labor policy and antitrust policy. Based on the study on antitrust Statutory Labor Exemption and Non-Statutory Labor Exemption,the paper expounds the US Labor Union system,the collective bargaining system of the National Labor Relations Act and the influence of antitrust labor exemption system on professional sports.
