Abstract
Using indica-japonica hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu as materials, the effects of exogenous IAA on chlorophyll content,SOD activity and MDA content in flag leaf after heading were studied in this experiment. The results showed that application of IAA increased the chlorophyll content by 25.1% and 21.6%,increased the SOD activity by 28.6% and 23.2%,and reduced the MDA content by 42.63% and 39.89%,respectively,in the flag leaf on the 10th day and the 20th day at the heading stage.Exogenous IAA could maintain the stability of cell membrane and keep the retardation of senescence by enhancing the SOD activity and reducing the MDA content in leaves.
