Abstract
The bioactivity of three extracts from Peganum harmala by using chloroform, petroleum ether and ethyl acetate as solvants were studied. The result showed that the contact toxicity of chloroform and petroleum ether extracts against Schizaphis graminum was 58.36% and 56.38%,respectively,and the corrected mortality at the concentration of 50 mg/mL was 81.93% and 90.50%,respectively.The evader of chloroform extract against Brevicoryne brassicae L.was strongest among the extracts, and the calibrated evadible rate was 71.85%.Ethyl acetate extract ranked second(60.82%).The evadible rate of four concentration(50 mg/mL,25 mg/mL 16.67 mg/mL and 12.5 mg/mL) of chloroform extracts was 85.29%,81.81%,63.79% and 56.50%,respectively.
