Abstract
Based on the research on an Open CNC System presented before,Ethernet technology is applied to it,and presents a method of long-distance workpiece shape design and machining process simulation of the CNC system. The method allows long-distance design of the workpiece shape and long-distance simulation of the machining process. The simulation can make machining process testing and fault diagnosis convenient. Also, through the simulation, defaults in the design can be found and modified in time. OpenGL is adopted to realize the simulation, and it is helpful for three-dimensional simulation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
