On Social Foundation of Charity Development

Charity is a social relief case based on social donation. Essentially,charity is a form of social redistribution, and a regulator of social benefits as well. So,charity is an important factor in our harmonious society. The development of philanthropy is closely related to the Chinese characteristic socialist construction. The development of philanthropy needs the support of relevant system specifications and charitable ideas. Recently,the lack of legal system of charity and social moral indifference is the important reason restricting the development of the charity. Therefore,with the continuous development of market economy,the increasing of residents' income,and the narrowing of income gap,we should improve the charity system,and cultivate people's loving care for others,grow the recognition of charity,and reshape the concept of philanthropic charity.
