Abstract
Technical conditions of Mix-solvents extracting tea seed oil were investigated by the single factor and the orthogonal experiments. The optimal extraction technology conditionl for tea seed oil like this: the extracting time 16min, the ratio of water to material 0.9:1, the ratio of Methyl alcohol to material 5:1, the ratio of ligarine to material 5:1,the extraction temperature 40℃. Under these conditions, the tea seed oil extracting yield is 92.26%.The obtained oil was clarified transparent, and canary yellow. After standing for 24 hours there was not sediments .Tea seed oil were gained by the extraction with the mixed system of Methyl Salcohol-ligarine-water, and the Teasaponin was gained too. So it can provide the new technology for the tea seed comprehensive development.
