Research about comparing the TET results with coronary angiography in the diagnosis of CAG

Objective:By compareing the treadmill exercise test(TET)results with coronary angiography (CAG),to investigate clinical significance of TET in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Method:396patients with chest pain were involved,underwent TET and CAG,respectively,the diagnostic results were compared to get the sensitivity and specificity by statistical analysis.Result:Of 396patients,the positive number of TET is 192,of which.Positive number of CAG is 158,the negative is 34,The negative number of TET is 204,of which, the positive of CAG is 48,the negative is 156.The sensitivity,specificity,predicted sensitivty,false positive and false negative in the diagnosis of TET were 76.7%(158/206),82.1(156/190),81.35%,17.9(34/190),and 23.3(48/206).The sensitivity of TET in double and triple vessel diseese is higher than 63.5%in single vessel disease.The false positive rate in female was higher than that in male(P0.05).Conclusion:It had high sensitirity and specificity in diagnosis of covonary disease,and could assess severity of coronary artery lumen stenosis, with simple operation,is noninvasived method in the diagnosis of CAG which is apposite to the widespread use in clinic.
