The yield of the high-counts wool is low,but its price is high.Therefore,more and more people become concerned how to drawing-out the high counts yarn with low wool.This article introduces the present situation of technique of producing the high-counts wool yarn briefly,and analyzes the feasibility of drawing wool yarn in theory and explained the basic principle equipment and product character of technology of drawing wool yarn.In this article,we focally discussed the test result of optimized processing parameter.The conclusion is that it is feasible to achieve satisfied the high-counts wool yarn through attenuating draft low count wool yarn.
