The Reform and Perfection of Review System of Civil Litigation in China

The review system,appellate system and the re-trail system are important contents of civil procedure relief system.The review system plays an important role not only in protecting the legal right of the relative person,supervising the courts by the relative person,reducing the cost of civil procedure,but also in defending the legal authority of Civil Procedure Law and intensifying the civil procedure consciousness.However the review system established in the Civil Procedure Law enacted in 1991 is not very perfect and the function and the lawmaking purpose of it can not be realized completely.In order to achieve the purpose of the review system,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the legislative point of view.
