Abstract

At present, the contract system of construction engineering is incomplete. The international comparison and analysis are implemented from the two aspects of contract system and contract management. The contents of comparison of contract system include: system structure, contract pattern, price model and the applicability and article. The contents of comparison of contract management include: management of general contract and sub-contract, guarantee and risk of contract, claim management, sign and implementation of contract.
