Abstract

Objective:To research the clinical value of conization of cervix in CIN Ⅲ by pathologic histology with the help of colposcope.Methods:60 cases of CIN Ⅲ patients were analyzed by pathologic histology with the help of colposcope,and the pathlolgy results were compared.Results:40 cases of cervical conization pathology compliance rate was 70%,20 cases of hysterectomy pathology compliance rate was 65%.There was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Conization of cervix should be taken for CIN Ⅲ by pathologic histology with the help of colposcope.
