Clinical observation of rituximab in combination with CHOP chemotherapy in the treatment of CD20 positive B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of rituximab in combination with CHOP chemotherapy in the treatment of CD20 positive B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods 23 patients with B-cell non-hodgkin's lymphoma were randomly divided into combination group(12 cases) and CHOP group(11 cases).Combination group was treated with the combination of rituximab with CHOP chemotherapy,CHOP group was treated with CHOP chemotherapy alone.Each course lasted 3 weeks.After 6 courses evaluated the efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups.Results The joint group slightty higher than the CHOP group of complete remission rate and total effective rate were not statistically significant(P0.05).After 1 year,the joint group slightty higher than the CHOP group sof progression-free survival rate and overall survival rate were no significant difference(P0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference(P0.05).No significant difference of the overall severity of various types of adverse reactions occurred in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The combination of rituximab with CHOP chemotherapyis slightly more effective than CHOP chemotherapy alone.
