Abstract
Effects of Cr3+ with different concentration on content of chlorophyll, root top ratio, content of praline and root activies in radish seedlings were studied by the method of sand-culture.The results indicated that root top ratio, the contents of chlorophyll and root actives increased at first in lower salt concentration(≤20 mg/L) and then declined as the concentration of Cr3+ increasing such as 25 mg/L and 30 mg/L.It showed that radish seedlings had resistance in the lower salt concentration. The content of praline change obviously with the increasing Cr3+ concentration, reduce the cell damage caused by Cr3+ stress and enhance radish seedlings resistance to Cr3+.
