Abstract
The hydrocarbon accumulations with low porosity and permeability are common in Xihu sag,and it is difficult to predict this type of reservoirs by using a single seismic attribute or elastic parameter. In order to effectively reduce the prediction blindness and the exploration and development risk and to improve the prediction accuracy and the drilling success rate,a technical solution to predict the low porous and permeable reservoirs by applying the tool of simultaneous pre-stack inversion has been proposed on a basis of analyzing the petrophysics of rocks in Xihu sag. After the actual drilling in the sag,it has been confirmed that this solution is high in prediction accuracy.
