Abstract

This paper proposes an novel improved Rabin type digital signature scheme.This scheme can be applied and improved in traditional Rabin digital signature based on Blum Integer,and later Rabin type digital signature based on Williams Integer as well.By adding a public key,it obtains the following advantages:release the signature space limitation,faster speed and shorter signature transferred.In additional,this paper proves the new scheme keep the same security level with the traditional Rabin signature scheme.
