Abstract
To make sure the health of underground mine workers and normal production of the mine,a visible, reliable and practicable mine ventilation network simulation and optimization system was designed and developed through research of mine ventilation network calculation model and study of simulation, due to importance of mine VS. In this system, the method of node ventilation pressure combined with HardyCross iterative algorithm is used to calculate the mine ventilation network, and three-dimensional simulation of mine VS developed by SolidWorks. Based on collection and adjustment of required data,an proper data was created, and simulated by example which can grasp ventilation state of every main downhole, and imitate influence of entire mine VS in case of natural pressure or changing fan and drifting. The simulated results show that application of network calculation module of the method of node ventilation pressure combined with Hardy-Cross iterative algorithm contributes to effective simulation of mine airflow state, which basically conforms to the fact.
