Abstract
The method extracting flavonoids from mulberry leaf was researched. The effect of extracting agent, liquid ratio, reflux time, temperature and other factors on the yield of flavonoids were studied, and the extraction process were optimized by orthogonal experiment. Results showed that: the best conditions for the extraction of raw materials were using ultrasonic pre-treatment 40 min(800 W),80% ethanol as the extraction agent, the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶8,the reflux temperature was 70 ℃,using AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin and ethanol elution(elution rate 1 BV/h),the yield was 19.3 mg/g,and the stability of flavonoids was good. This method has some advantages, such as simple technological process, high extraction rate, and is suitable for industrial production, meanwhile,it provides some data for the same research.
