Abstract
A kind of UV-moisture dual curable conformal coating based of silicone and acrylate with isocyanate bridge was prepared. The effects of initiators, dilutes on UV-curing behavior of the coatings were investigated by DPC. The results show that I1800 be effective UV-initiator for the coatings, oxygen affected the curing degree of the coatings seriously, and active amine monomer, such as tri-butyl amine, can suppress oxygen inhibition for the coatings partly.
