On Political Participation of Rural Economic Elites

With the deepening of reform and opening policy,rural economic elites' political participation constantly increased.However,owing to the political,economical and cultural factors,there still exist many problems such as indifferent attitude,disordered means and utilitarian aim,which hinder the course of rural political democracy.Therefore we must take following measures to restrain and supervise rural economic elites' political participation as rearing political participation culture,widening the participation channel,strengthening the system construction,changing the government role,enhancing the management and guidance and consolidating the supervision and restriction on power.
