Studying on the reforms of our country's arbitral authority

China's arbitration industry(refer only to domestic arbitration)has been forced to start under the worse circumstances,so it is inevitable that there are many criticism.China's arbitration agencies should conduct a comprehensive reform: the purposes are to reposition the nature of arbitration,to change the current mode of management,and strive to restore the face of the arbitration;then to make the powers and responsibilities clearlyl;forthermore,to build the China Arbitration Association as the arbitration organization for the vigorous development of the cause of arbitration.
