Abstract

Financial management is the premise for a academy to achieve all their educational tasks. Then how to do it well? First the answer lies in Party Committee’s engaging in financial Management, establishing sound rules and regulations, selecting financial management, improving their abilities and quality; it is also necessary to make both ends meet according to the budget and strengthening the financial management so as to achieve all their educational tasks.
