Abstract
This paper analyzes Xun Zi's criticism on the Han schools' opinions shown in his book Shier Zi(Book of Xun Zi).Meanwhile it discusses the divergency from good by nature and evil by nature and each conclusion that the two have no fundamental differences after all.By analyzing the classification concerned in Fei Shier Zi and Han Zhu(catalogue of History of Han),the author considers that Xun Zi's criticism began from the academic field,but rooted in the political circle.The classifications of these two books are based on different historical circumstances and from different stands.Therefore,we should not hold a negative attitude towards either of them.
