Abstract
The self-regulation mechanisms of cochlear microcirculation is an important factor in normal blood supply of cochlea. The point of vein fabric and blood supply of cochlea is the base of self-regulation in keeping stabilization in cochlear blood stream.Cochlea keeps stabilization in its blood stream by myogenic constringency and spread when the perfusion pressure variety under certain confine. The cochlear blood vessels Changes its blood gas concentration through regulation of chemical or gas concentration changes in blood vessel wall perfusion pressure caused by myogenic movement and self-regulation mechanisms.
