The self cognition of human is the highest goal of philosophical inquiry.It is one of the basic functions and the antecedent condition of the self-realization,but it is confronted with unknown crisis hitherto.Therefore,human need to grasp and understand the self cognition of human correctly.Mankind's self cognition is the major problem which is related to whether the human being could return to existence and achieve the truth and the freedom.If the human being want to return to existence,human must choose the proper path——insight and experience.So human can set foot on the road of seeking the truth,accessing to truth and enjoying the real freedom.
