Analysis of Clinical Effect of TCM Rehabilitation Treatment for Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of TCM rehabilitation for treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods 128 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients were selected in our hospital in September 2012~August 2014,randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group,64 cases in each group,patients in control group were treated with western medicine treatment,TCM group in the control group based on combined application of TCM rehabilitation treatment method,were compared between the two groups clinical effect and before and after the treatment,the clinical symptoms improvement.Results The effective rate of TCM group was 95.31%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group was 81.25%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),after treatment with Chinese medicine group vertigo,neck discomfort,visual disturbance and upper limb pain,numbness and other clinical symptoms was significantly better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion TCM rehabilitation treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,achieved remarkable clinical results.
