Abstract

Comprehensive security,common security,cooperative security and other security concepts have brought about great influence to the development of international law;yet the new imperialism and the similar theories have challenged the basic principles of the international security system.The international community should reform and perfect the present security regimes to advocate a kind of development-centered sustainable security concept.
