Abstract
Objective To study the feasibility of Combined mandibular angle resection with angle-splitting performed one-time to reduce the width of lower face. Methods With the specific design, Selective mandibular angle resection performed with angle-splitting ostectomy through intraoral approach, under General anesthesia. Results Most of patients Acuired great changes when out of hospital compared with before operation, the effect is satisfied. Conclusion Combined mandibular angle resection with angle-splitting performed one-time can relieve the surgery wound, and have the controllability to reduce the width of lower face
