Abstract
Several researches about root exudates effect on rhizosphere microbes and pathogenic germs, rhizosphere microbes effect, and the function of rhizosphere microbes were summarized in this paper.Root exudates in rhizosphere can affect ecological distribution and composition of rhizosphere microbes, and the root exudates from different resistant varieties can improve or inhibit pathogenic germs.Rhizosphere microbes can also modify root exudates,so the interaction between root exudates and rhizosphere microbes is mutual. In addition, rhizosphere microbes also play an important role in the transformation and uptake of plant nutrients, prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests, and cycling of soil matters.
