Abstract

The construction of new country construction, which needs the capital support, meets great difficulties in capital at present, such as, the absence of financial input, imbalance of rural credit supply and demand, restrains of farmer income on investment, and breakup and reconstruction of rural collective economy and rural industry which weakens the investment ability. Furthermore, the deeper difficulty shows as follows: low profitability, weakness of group in the service, long-term duality of economic policy of our country, and breakup between the compulsory transform of rural financial system guide by the government and the practical need. Thus, it is necessary to multiply the capital investment which fits for the construction of new countryside, to ensure the financial input to rural public goods, reconstruct the financial organization, to guide the multiplicity of folk capital investment in agriculture, to strengthen the scale of direct investment of securities market, and to bring in the foreign investment in Chinese agriculture.
