Abstract
According to the meteorological data from 1961 to 2008 in Henan Province, its regional distribution and variation of annual average temperature, precipitation and sunlight hours were statistically analyzed. As indicated by the results, the annual average temperature of the whole province showed an obvious upward trend at a rate of 0.158 ℃ every ten years, and it maintained at a relatively high level from 1990s till now;the annual precipitation was increasing by 0.7 mm every ten years, and the greater rainfall amount was found from late 1990s till now;the annual average sunlight hours declined obviously at the rate of 99.2 h every ten years, and it showed a fluctuating downward trend from 1960s till now.
