Abstract
In the process of thin plate quenching,it is difficult to control the flatness control.The cooling process and mechanism were introduced firstly,then based on the practice of Bayuquan 5500 mill,the mechanism in the adjustment and calibration of quenching machine were applied;with reasonable process parameters of quenching,the unflatness of thin plate of HQ785T1 after quenching is maintained in a controllable range,finally the reason of deformation in the quenching process were analyzed.
