Abstract
Lean production is a mode which pursuites a high efficiency, low-cost, high-quality production of finished products with the market needed number. In the cigarette manufacturers, it is necessary to imple- ment lean manufacturing model, the correct implementation of lean production model will help enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness.
