Internationalizetion is the wise choice by chinese small-sized and medium-sized enterprises after joining the WTO. Since the reform and open-up, china has made some progress in the process of internationalization, but more problems are exposed such as insufficient competitive power, low degree of internationalization, etc. Of numerous factors affeting this process, institutional factor ranks an important place, which demands the innovation to maintain the realization of the internationalization of the small-sized and medium-sized enterprises.
