Abstract
Based on the research of arch dam,we calculate the arch dam with the application of general-purpose finite element analysis software ansys.The calculation result of the whole dam that three conditions were calculated to arch dam X,Y to,Z to the displacement of cloud,arch dam,the downstream principal tensile stress,principal stress contour,analysis of the most unfavorable position of stress and displacement of the dam,which provides a reliable reference data during the construction and operation period,but also provides a reference value of similar projects.
