Abstract

Combined with practical construction work of Puhuangyu station and Ciqikou station in the No.5 line subway of Beijing the shallow tunneling method is introduced.The advantages and disadvantages in structural construction of two stations are compared in order to resolve problems encountered in construction and promote the development of subway.
