Exploration of Teaching Reform of PE Courses in Colleges

What kind of labors to educate for the 21 st century is a big subject which the high education is faced with at present.Physical education plays an important part in developing high quality labors.After bridfly analyzing the shortcomings of the current physical education system,this article raises several suggestions of PE teaching reform,especially the health oriented pleasure PE,so that people can think of questions in a different point and deepen the reform.
