Abstract
Based on investigation of the situation of establishment and development of credit guarantee system of small and medium-sized enterprises of Chongqing, this paper points out many barriers and problems in development and management of the system and makes a series of measures to deepen and consummate credit guarantee system of small and medium-sized enterprises.
