Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of hepatitis B immunoglobulin combined with hepatitis B vaccine in preventing mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus. Method:120 infants whose mother diagnose with positive hepatitis B virus, were randomly divided into the treatment group(70 cases)and the control group(50 cases),children in the control group were injected with hepatitis B vaccine within 24 hours after birth, while children in the treatment group were injected with hepatitis B vaccine within 24 hours and 1 month after birth ,and their mother hepatitis B immune globulin in pregnancy 28,32 and 36 weeks. Result:The cord blood HBsAg positive rates of the observation group and the control group were 7.14% and 22.0%,the difference was statistically significant( P 0.05);The HBsAg positive rates of the observation group after 1,6,12 months were all significantly lower than those of the control group, with statisticall significance( P 0.05). Conclusion:Hepatitis B immunoglobulin combined with hepatitis B vaccine is effective in blocking mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus, which is of great significance in the prevention of mother-to- child transmission of hepatitis B.
