Abstract
Soxhlet extraction was used to extract oil from Siberian cocklebur fruit.Eight solvents used in soxhlet extraction including ethanol,ether,n-hexane,cyclohexane,ethyl ester, isopropanol, acetone and dichloromethane were investigated.TLC was used to compare the chemical composition of extracts obtained from different solvents.3 kinds of solvent with high extract efficiency were chosen to study furthermore. The results showed that dichloromethane was the best solvent in the experiment, and the best extraction process was below: extract with dichloromethane for 5 h under 70 ℃,solid-solvent ratio was 1∶15.The extraction efficiency can be achieved by 13.30%.This study provided a reference for industrial production.
